Sometimes as moms it’s easy to put ourselves last on the priority list. There are just so many needs to meet that ours simply get pushed to the side. But we can’t care for our family on an empty tank! We have to fill up our tanks so we have the energy, patience, and steadiness needed to care for our family. That’s why I created this class!
