She is the founder of Hearts at Home and served as the ministry’s director for 24 years. Jill and her husband, Mark, reside in Illinois. They have five children and seven grandchildren.

We’ve both been stuck, isolated, overwhelmed, and in desperate need of some hope and help to do what God is calling us to do. We both found coaching and collaboration were key to moving forward.
That’s why we’ve created the Your Next Step Mastermind.
The Your Next Step Mastermind is a faith-based, paid mastermind of ready-for-change women who want to make a difference in the world and are eager to bring their best selves and their best energy to the mission God has given them and to the relationships that mean the most to them.
Offered just once a year from May to October, each six-month mastermind session pulls together a small group of women (maximum of 12) who are ALL IN to both grow and move the needle on a project or goal they want to accomplish. In our six months together, we will focus on:
Personal Growth — What habits and hangups are getting in the way of you taking the next right step in what God has called you to?
Spiritual Growth — What lies hold you back from being all that God has called you to be?
Relational Growth — What lens are you looking through that keeps you from bringing your best self to the relationships that mean the most to you?
Professional Growth — What practical tools do you need to learn and understand to take your influence, business, or ministry to the next level?
Goal Accomplishment — What steps do you need to take to accomplish the mission God has given you?
What Does It Look Like?
✓ Initiate: We begin with a three-day, two-night face-to-face mastermind kickoff in-person retreat which includes both group sessions and dedicated time for you to work on a personal project in a quiet, peaceful environment.
✓ A two-hour monthly video connecting session that allows you to both give and receive encouragement and wisdom.
✓ Monthly online teaching from Jill or Susan with open office hours to discuss and apply.
✓ One-on-one coaching call with Jill or Susan every other month to touch base on goals, identify obstacles and brainstorm next steps.
✓ Friendship with like-minded women that includes accountability, celebration, and collaboration.
✓ Daily access to Jill, Susan, and other mastermind members in a private Slack group.
✓ Celebrate: We close out our six months with another three-day, two-night face-to-face gathering to do finishing work on your personal project and to celebrate all God has done in the six months we’ve done life and work together!
