This Thanksgiving my youngest became very sick and hasn't yet recovered, in and out of the doctors, hospital visit, tests scheduled and this was not anywhere in the December plan. So I'm letting go all the things I feel are necessary for Christmas, decorating is usually done by now, usually we are reading Christmas stories often, baking has usually began at least a little. What we are keeping is the plan I had to make a "Names of Jesus" book where the kids make a page that conveys the message of one of Jesus names. So far we've done Alpha/Omega, Unspeakable gift. Just the encouragement and Christmas thinking we need right now.
