It was just a little over 7 years ago that we brought our son, Kolya, home from Russia (back right in the picture). He was nine at the time. Stepping out in faith to adopt was one of the most scary, yet rewarding walks of faith our family has taken.
Not every family is called to adopt, but the Bible tells us that we are to care for orphans. So some of us adopt and some of us offer support to those who are adopting or caring for orphans.
