This recipe is one I often serve to company or take to pitch-in meals. It’s a recipe I’m asked to share quite often, too. The best part, though, is that it is sooooooo easy.

Glorified Brownies

1 box 9×13 Brownie mix (I use Aldi brand)
1 can Chocolate Icing (I use Aldi brand)
1/2 bag of small marshmallows

Prepare the brownies according to the directions on the box. As soon as the brownies come out of the over pour a single layer of marshmallows over the hot brownies. Open the can of chocolate icing and place icing in microwave (stirring occasionally) until it is melted enough to pour easily (usually less than a minute). Pour icing over the marshmallows. Use a spatula to spread the icing and cover the marshmallows completely. Let cool.

I’m a sucker for warm brownies, but this recipe is actually best when the brownies are completely cool. Enjoy!
