Last week I was in Colorado for our very first Western Hearts at Home conference. It was a wonderful week of encouraging moms. However, this week is recovery week.
Because I’m an introvert, I’m refueled by being alone. So this week, I’m protecting my alone time (as much as a mom can possibly do!). I’m also refueled by exercise and reading so I’m making sure those are a part of my days.
What about you? Are you an introvert who refuels by being alone? Or are you an extrovert who refuels by being with others? What activities refuel you? Do you have them in your life on a regular basis?
PS—If you’re planning on joining us for the Rochester, MN conference, Nov 4-5, today is the Best Value Registration deadline! You save $20 and get lunch included in your registration if you register by midnight tonight CST! You can find more info here.
I’m a little bit of both! Sometimes I just need to be alone and sometimes I need time w/other mom’s to refuel. It depends on what season of life I’m in.
Our church offers connect groups every spring & fall. I normally get involved w/a connect group. I also find time to just have friends over or vice versa to sit back, enjoy conversations and relax!
