It’s Hearts at Home weekend in Minnesota! We have over 2,000 moms registered and walk-in registration is still available. For those of you who can’t join us at a conference, I’m bringing a little bit of Hearts to you today.
This video is from our 2008 Hearts at Home conferences. It was written and performed by author and speaker, Karen Ehman. I think you’ll be able to relate!
Great video. I can so related to all the “hats” a mom wears. Karen is always a wonderful speaker. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for reassuring me that I am not alone in wearing all these hats as a mom. I just recently accepted the Lord as the leader in my life. I can’t do this on my own anymore and I want him to have all control. This was my first Hearts at Home exposure and I was sent home with so much confidence as a mom and new books to read and pouring over with so much information and so much LOVE for myself and my family. Thank you for all the workshops and really gifted people who sent me home overflowing with the LORD….I LOVE YOU ALL!!
Love and God Bless
Thank you for commenting on my blog 🙂 I did have a great time in MN at the conference. My favorite workshop was ‘Living the Promised Life: Seeing with the eyes of Faith.’ The Lord used Susie Larson in such a powerful way to encourage me. So much so…I boo-hooed (happy tears really) thru most of the workshop! 🙂 I am a homeschool mom of five little ones…8 years and under. My oldest has rare genetic disorder, and my plate is full as you can imagine. I came to the conference with some specific things I was laying out to the Lord, and it’s as if HE put his finger directly upon those things during the weekend.

Jen,
I’m so glad God spoke to you so clearly at the Hearts conference! Susie Larson is an excellent speaker. I’m not surprised that she touched you in such a deep way.
