My favorite summer recipe is Lemonade (or Limeade) Pie. It’s fast, easy, and soooooo good!

Lemonade Pie

6 oz frozen lemonade or limeade
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
12 oz Cool Whip
2 graham cracker crusts

In a bowl blend the frozen lemonade, Eagle Brand, and Cool Whip by hand or with an electric mixer. Once smooth, pour mixture into the 2 graham cracker crusts. Put in freezer for at least 4 hours. Serve frozen.

Because this makes two pies, you can serve one for dessert and keep one in the freezer for unexpected company!
