Mark and I have found that in order for us to live with less successfully, we have to surround ourselves with other families who are making similar counter-cultural decisions like we are.
One of the places where I find a like-minded community is online! For instance, when you post suggestions that have worked for your family, you encourage me! I also have several blogs and Facebook pages that I love.
Here are a few favorites:

I recently became a fan of "Wicked Cool Deals" on Facebook. They post links to tons of samples and coupon offers. They even post a breakdown of available coupons with a store's weekly ad, and list tips and tricks of getting the most out of your coupons and online shopping. (Their website is http://www.wickedcooldeals.com).
http://www.5dollardinners.com is a really good website with economical, practical recipes. It has a huge list of recipes – and all can be made for under $5!
This is a site I really value for simple Christian living.

I used that website a LOT over the Christmas holiday, I was pleasantly surprised at how many (next to FREE) deals I was able to get from that website!!
