This Jello salad is served at all Savage family holiday gatherings. But it’s also a great summer side dish!

Orange Tapioca Jello Salad

1 box orange jello (I use sugar-free)
1 box tapioca pudding
1 box “cook and serve” vanilla pudding (I use sugar-free)
3 cups cold water
1 can mandarin oranges
1 container cool whip (8 or 12 oz –either is fine)

In a saucepan mix jello and two puddings with water. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a rolling boil. Let boil for 1 minute (still stirring). Remove from heat and cool completely (stir occasionally). Once cool, add mandarin oranges and cool whip. Mix well. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate for several hours. Enjoy!
