In this unique season of family, we have the opportunity to be intentional about our self-care, our relationships, and even taking care of the home we live in.
Sometimes we need a little vision, though. A plan. Some ideas that get us heading in the right direction.
Here are your day 38 opportunities:
Read Ruth 2. We can learn so much from Ruth’s story!
Make a list of your positive qualities, starting with “I am…” on each line and listing as many as you can think of. Thank God for giving you these traits and qualities.
Thank God for five of your spouse’s good qualities…then tell your spouse what you appreciate about them. (Get registered for the next No More Perfect Marriages Seminar–Home Edition taking place April 28-May 1. You’ll save $20 if you register today–the early bird discount goes away tomorrow).
Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.
Babies: Give your baby a full body massage with lotion today. Tell him/her what each part of their body is called.
Kids: Have your child make an acronym of their name and then make a picture out of it!
Teens: Encourage them to research another National Park that they’d like to visit. Have them share about what they learned at dinner.
Squats. 3 sets of 10 squats.
Connect with your child’s teacher to let them know you appreciate their investment in your child.
Weather permitting, clean out your landscaping and remove old foliage so the new can come in.
Have everyone clean out under their beds today. (I bet you just might find some clothes!)
You’ve got a unique opportunity today! Use it well!
