In this unique season of family, we have the opportunity to be intentional about our self-care, our relationships, and even taking care of the home we live in.
Sometimes we need a little vision, though. A plan. Some ideas that get us heading in the right direction.
Here are your day 55 opportunities:
Today is May 8 so we’re going to read Proverbs 8 for your daily dose of wisdom!
?You:
List ten things you are grateful for today. If you already have a “grateful list” started, add to it. If you don’t, start that list with ten things today.
?Marriage:
Ask your spouse, “What’s one thing on your bucket list?” Then brainstorm ways you might be able to make each of your bucket list items actually happen.
???Kids:
Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.
Babies: Do water play today with an extra long bath. Then give them a lotion massage!
Kids: Have your kids draw a picture for their grandparents and then put those pics in the mail so they get some sunshine in their mailbox!
Teens: Encourage your teen to reach out and connect with their grandparents today.
?♀️Exercise:
Jumping Jacks: 3 sets of 15
?Contact:
Text a prayer to a friend going through a hard time.
?House/Homemaking
Empty every wastebasket in the house today!
?Clothes:
Wash all the towels in the house today.
You’ve got a unique opportunity today! Use it well!
