Today is May 30 so we’re going to read Proverbs 30 for our daily dose of wisdom!
?You:
Set up a visit with a friend. Even if you’re sitting on the porch six feet apart, it will do wonders for your soul!
?Marriage:

???Kids:
Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.
Babies: Pick some flowers today and let your little one experience the smell and texture of them (of course, be careful they don’t put them in their mouth!)
Kids: Have a whipped cream fight outdoors! Hose everyone off when it’s done.
Teens: Put your teen in charge of interviewing (via video) their grandparents. This can even be done from a distance using Zoom. Encourage them to ask about their growing up years, memories they have of school, who their first boyfriend or girlfriend was, how they met each other, etc.
?♀️Exercise:
Get some 1-3 lb weights (or canned foods). Lay on your back with your arms spread wide, one weight in each hand. Then bring your arms together for the weights to meet. Do three sets of 10, resting for 30 seconds in between each set.
?Contact:
Reach out to a relative you haven’t connected with in a while.
?House/Homemaking
Clean and organize your game closet (or wherever you keep games!)
?Clothes:
Have everyone get all the dirty clothes in the hamper (make sure they check behind and under the bed!)
