In this unique season of family togetherness, we have the opportunity to be intentional about our self-care, our relationships, and even taking care of the home we live in.
Sometimes we need a little vision, though. A plan. Some ideas that get us heading in the right direction.

Here’s Day :8
Your soul:
Participate in a church service online. If you don’t have a church home, I invite you to check out my church’s online service at www.eastview.church.
You:
Shower, dress, do your makeup and hair–yes, even if you’re not going out! It does wonders for how you feel about yourself.
Marriage:
Begin a marriage devotional together using the YouVersion Bible App. You can start with 10 Days to a Better Marriage!
Kids:
Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.
Kids and Teens: Keep the game going that you started yesterday. If you didn’t start one yesterday, you can have a tournament day for your family’s favorite game today. Or you could have a “gameapalooza” day where you play a different game every hour!
Exercise:
Focus on stretching today. Need some inspiration? This video is one I sometimes use–I love that it strengthens our body and soul at the same time!
House/Homemaking
Have everyone get their dirty clothes into laundry baskets. Do one full load–wash, dry, and put away. Don’t forget to use your timer to stay on task!
Clothes:
When was the last time you sorted through your jewelry? Today’s a great day to do that!
You’ve got a unique opportunity today! Use it well!
