Focus on what you’re grateful for today. If you started a “Grateful” list a few weeks ago, add to it. If you haven’t started a list, start one today. What we think about determines how we feel. Push your thoughts towards gratefulness today.
?Marriage:
Talk with your spouse about a strategy for some “couple time” in the next few days. Can you connect while the kids are napping? Is it time to initiate a bedtime so you have time in the evening? If you have older kids, can you do more walks as a couple so you have time to talk? Can you turn off the TV one night a week to play a game and have fun together?
???Kids:
Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.
