Opportunity Plan Day 51In this unique season of family, we have the opportunity to be intentional about our self-care, our relationships, and even taking care of the home we live in.

Sometimes we need a little vision, though. A plan. Some ideas that get us heading in the right direction.

If you missed my introduction to “Today’s Opportunity Plan,” you can find it here.

Here are your day 51 opportunities:

✝️Your soul:
Read Proverbs 4. (We’re reading through the book of Proverbs in May!)

?You:
Read one magazine article or one chapter of a book you’re reading.

?Marriage:
Play a game together this evening. Something different or something you haven’t done in a while. (If you have two decks of cards, you can even play double solitaire. Google “how to play double solitaire” for directions.)

?‍?‍?Kids:
Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.

Babies: Blow up a balloon and let them bat it around. You can even tie it to their ankle and let them kick it around. (If the balloon pops, make sure you throw away all the pieces.)

Kids: Give them wet or dry erase markers and let them decorate your storm door today!

Teens: Put them in charge of one meal this week. Have them research it, make the shopping list, and then make the meal themselves.

?‍♀️Exercise:
Windmill toe touches. 3 sets of 10.

?Contact:
If you are part of a moms group or weekly Bible study, send a note to the leader, letting her know you’re thinking of her.

?House/Homemaking
Wipe the front of all your kitchen cabinets today.

?Clothes:
Go through your earrings today. Discard or donate any you haven’t worn in a while.

You’ve got a unique opportunity today! Use it well!
