In this unique season of family, we have the opportunity to be intentional about our self-care, our relationships, and even taking care of the home we live in.
Sometimes we need a little vision, though. A plan. Some ideas that get us heading in the right direction.
Here are your day 58 opportunities:
Today is May 11 so we’re going to read Proverbs 11 for our daily dose of wisdom!
?You:
Add five things you’re grateful for to your grateful list. Thank God for each one.
?Marriage:
Ask your spouse, “What aspect of our relationship are you most grateful for?”
???Kids:
Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.
Babies: Play airplane with your little one either laying on your back and they are on your bended knees or flying through the air in your arms.
Kids: Do beauty shop/barber shop today. Get everyone’s hair trimmed up, cut finger nails and toenails, and if the girls would like it, paint their nails.
Teens: Challenge your teen to do some research on something in their future: like a possible college selection, a certificate program, or a career interest. Ask them to share what they learn at dinner tonight.
?♀️Exercise:
Squats–3 sets of 10
?Contact:
Text or message a friend you haven’t talked to in a while.
?House/Homemaking
Meal plan for the next week.
?Clothes:
Go through everyone’s underwear drawers. If people need new underwear, order it online or make a note to pick it up the next time you go to the store.
You’ve got a unique opportunity today! Use it well!
