Ask your spouse for a one minute hug today.

Everyone outside for 15 minutes minimum each day.
Babies: Smile every time you look at your little one. A smile is reassuring at any age.
Kids: Pick some flowers and leave them with a note or picture on a neighbor’s porch.
Teens: Pick one Bible character to learn about. What was their greatest strength, struggle, failure? How would you like to be like them or not be like them? Share at dinner tonight.
